I didn't solved my troubles yet, I've only Q an D witch are not working so I'm using also the visual keyboard. I started some test you written, it's very interesting.
I've already changed keyboard, reset all parameters including PRAM, SMC, started in safe mode, checked touchpad... Well
Now I'll try to change the keyboard / touchpad cable, if it's not solved it means it can only be the logic (main) board. I hope not !

I also encountered this issue, and it turned out that the keyboard ribbon cable wasn't properly seated.
