you are missing one more very valuable advice - make sure your HDMI input is setup to use version 2.0 or 2.1. It won't work if the HDMI version setup to 1.4.
On Xiaomi TV you need to input empty HDMI cable into TV, leave 2nd end not installed. Go to input settings, select your HDMI and go to settings there to change the HDMI version.
Hello. I have a Sharp TV which has one HDMI port. Though I am able to use a Set Top Box using it but when I connect PS5 to same HDMI port I do not get display. I got console checked by Sony Service centre and they showed it works fine on their display. They advised me to buy another TV set. Can you please suggest what else can be wrong. When my TV is able to get display from one source why not from another. Please advise.
