Nokia 6010 Troubleshooting

Confirm that the battery for the Nokia 6010 is fully charged, then attempt to turn the device on. If the problem persists, try replacing the battery with a new one. If the phone does not make any sound confirm that the sound is enabled in the phone settings. If this does not solve the problem then verify the speaker is clean and attached to the logic board correctly. If the problem persists replace the speaker.
