The computer will not boot.

The computer works fine but turns off when it is unplugged.

Your keyboard is missing keys or some keys do not work.

Your computer is turned on but images do not appear on your screen.

You aren’t able to access any disks that you insert into your disk drive.

You can not save any more files to your hard drive.

You can view the amount of space remaining on your hard drive by clicking on the start menu, and going to computer or my computer depending on which version of windows you are running. If your hard drive is full and you want to store more data in your computer you will need to purchase a new, larger hard drive.
