Is heat fuse has on ampere rating? for a 900W fog machine what will be the rating of the heat fuse?
If you divide the power in Watts by the connection voltage in Volts, you get the current consumption in Amperes.
For example: 900 Watt divided by 230 Volt gives 3.9 Amperes.
The thermal fuse will probably be printed with voltage and/or current values.

My fogger heater is jam how can I clean it?
hmm… I think I could have written a better guide myself. Okay so I have a 3 pin XLR for phase does anyone know how this works also I noted that the fuse was melted into its holster and the pump seems dead. My Fogger also has some kind of potentiometer which controls the heating element which is like a ceramic sandwich and two spark plugs… I also was wondering if glycerin fog juice can be made with vegetable glycerin or the glycol type or if this is what cloggs the machine. Also will clr work or be dangerous fume wise? Where can I buy a fuse like this? Have looked over the net, but could not find any shops that would sell CH-15 fuse, used in this fog machine. If anyone knows about this, please share info. Thanks! By the way, I’m based in EU.

Thw machine doesn't power on at all? Dose it get hot ? If it not getting hot. Check the fuse. If you hear the pump trying to work and nothing comes out. You would need to use fog cleaner or water and white vinegar.
My FM400-1 fog machine pumps out fog for 1 minute then stops, cools and then pumps out fog for another minute then stops again. Is this normal or is the safety device wearing out?

Yeah that would be normal for a 400 watt fog machine. The heating element has to be 200 to 250 degrees. When pumping fog it will cool it down. The heating element needs to reheat up again. Before it will pump more fog.

Have you cleaned your machine? You can fog cleaner or you can use water and white vinegar.
Can we use 900W coil instead of 1500W coil in a machine
Just guessing I would say not. Depends on the model and the watts you would want to find a similar replacement. You could even find a broken fog machine to use as parts
Heating fuse was hidden why didn’t you take a photo of it since you replaced it. This is the only info I could find and it’s incomplete! Im going to a corner to cry now

bei meiner N-19 musste die defekte Pumpe getauscht werden. Leider habe ich es versäumt mir zu notieren wohin die beiden Kabel der Pumpe angeschlossen werden. Wer kann mir helfen und es mir erklären ? ?
I am not sure that what is being replaced is a heat fuse. It rather looks like a temperature switch. The difference is that the temperature switch is supposed to work on a regular basis, while the fuse can usually not be reset and just breaks in case of overheat. I entirely dismantled such a machine and it does not seem to contain an heat fuse. Lack of actual heat fuse might be a security issue, because the temperature switch may fail (I have no knowledge of “failure modes” of theses switches, but notes that in coffee machines, it is common to have both a thermostat (acting as the temperature switch here) and a heat fuse (which would activate if the switch fails and temperature reaches levels beyond which it could be dangerous). Conclusion : always keep an eye on these potentially unsafe machines.
I have a second hand beams s500 that only works for about 10 seconds then cuts out then 10 seconds again when it green lights again and so on. I'm assuming there is a fault. Any ideas please?

Dobrý den, mám dotaz, vlastním výrobník mlhy eurolite N19 . Momentálně byl dva roky mimo provoz,koupil sem čistící roztok, vyčistil a profoukl i kompresorem, vše funguje, topné tělísko hřeje, čerpadlo pracuje,ale mlha se vytlačí pouze třeba jen na 6-7 sepnutí a pak třeba další dvě hodiny nereaguje myslíte,že je chyba v čerpadle nebo stále někde zanesena tryska?
