Volume keypad not working

@neilnavarrete if your volume does not work with the slider and the buttons then the issue could be a settings issue. First you want to make sure that you do not have the “Do Not Disturb” on, then you want to disconnect any hidden Bluetooth devices.

Next I would reset the audio settings: Go to Settings ==> Sound & vibration ==> Moto Audio and tap Reset to return all audio preferences to default.

If it still does nto work you want to try and boot your phone into Safe mode. Hold the Power button until the "Power off" prompt appears, then touch and hold the "Power off "on the screen to reboot in Safe Mode. If your volume works in Safe Mode then you know that a downloaded third-party app is causing the issue. You will have to remove your third party apps.

Anything past that would most likely be an issue with the audio circuit on your main board.
