The mic not working
The microphone and vibration function are not working due to the use of compressed air to clean the charging port. Charging also takes a long time to complete, even though the charger works efficiently on other devices.

@ibrahimeezzat all of those parts are located on the bottom of your phone. Time to open it up and check the flex cables to the sub-board (charging board which contains the charging port and the mic) as well as the charging board as well. Right now, the flex cable and the sub-board are the prime suspects. This is the flex cable to check and possibly change
Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use the one from here Replacement charging boards and flex are readily available on many online stores.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
