CD reader opens itself randomly

The Xbox One X does not have a disc tray. It takes discs in, and eject disc's.

So, do you mean that your Xbox is randomly ejecting disc's?

If this is the case, then there is probably something wrong with the mechanism of the disc drive. It's for the best to open it and see if something is damaged.

Also, if possible, can you create a video about what is happening? Especially when the disc drive is open?

In the worst case, you need to replace the disc drive for a new one. Make sure that you transfer the drive it's PCB to the new disc drive! Otherwise it won't be able to read any game.
