have the Acer Aspire model ZG5 and am having trouble with the speakers (sound) it sounds like it is cutting in and out

Hi Liz,

I have a couple of Acer laptops; (different models just to make things a bit more interesting!) I have always managed to get the driver that I want from the link below.

If you do not need Windows operating system, i install Xubuntu from: http://xubuntu.org/

burn it, boot xubuntu cd, choose "TRY Xubuntu" (loading operating system something like Windows Live), connect your internet, and choose install xubuntu now.

Install with all drivers, no need download drivers, all is automatic.

I recommended.

You need to go to acer official sites and then you need to click on this link http://www.acer.co.uk/ac/en/GB/content/g....

now you need to select your os type and then will get your drivers.

Else you need to download driver checker on your computer and then you need to run it. once you will run it then it will detect the drivers and download the drivers for you automatically.
