If you can't ask a better question than that, just replace the monitor.

@akshudiwan you will need to tell us what the issues with your colors are. The more details you can give us the better your chances of getting an answer that will actually help you.

If everything works but you do have some sort of color issues. start with your inputs. We would need to know how your TV is connected. If it is Sat, cable, or if you are just streaming from a network. One of the biggest issue is commonly a bad HDMI cable. If you are using one to connect, change that first. See if that helps. After that you do want to check all the other video inputs too. RGB, Component and HDMI use different components and the results may be different depending on which input you use.

If you have checked all of your connections and have changed the appropriate cables and still have issues, then it is possibly an issue with one of your boards. Unless, you are talking about a blue screen. If our display shows mostly in blue, then that issue is caused by bad backlight strips.

The board to start with will be teh T-con board. There is an IC on that board that is responsible for color correctness. A bad Gamma IC can cause missing colors, inverted colors and less saturated images as well as inverted colors and bmissing shade colors. You can check that IC by measuring the Gamma voltages on your T-con board. The test points for that are marked as VGM on your board and you should have about 10-12 test points for that. The importance with eating these voltages is the importance that the voltages are in a descending order. If you are missing any voltages or get something that is out of line, your Gamma IC has failed. Replacing the IC is possible if you have the tools and skills of replacing a LGA IC. If not, replacing the T-con board will fix this.

As you can see, there are many things that cause issues with the color. To narrow it down and to be helpful to you, we will need to know what the issues with your color are. Even better will be if we can see what your colors "look like" Post some good pictures of what your TV displays with your Question.

Now, this is not to say that this is not a LCD panel issue, may be even a cracked screen, but we can't speak to that since we do not see what you see.
