Recently my old graphics card had been losing signal after a couple of minute, so I bought a new one and now the motherboard won’t beep and won’t give signal.

Do you get beeps if you remove the GPU card and then try starting the PC?
It should give a beep error code because there are no graphics adapters detected. (Award BIOS 1 long, 2 short, AMI BIOS 8 beeps, Phoenix BIOS 3-3-4 or 3-4-1)
Do you get 1 beep if you start the PC but still get no video signal?
If so this means that it has passed POST and should be booting into Windows. (Unless you have Phoenix BIOS and then there is no beep for a successful POST - Award BIOS and AMI BIOS give a single beep for a successful POST)
If you determine that it is booting into Windows without a display, can you get into BIOS with a display?

I get no beep even if I remove all ram and my gpu

Check that there is a speaker connected across JFP2 as shown in the user manual on p.11.
If there is make sure it works. Remove it and test with an Ohmmeter for continuity through the speaker or try another speaker.
I don’t have an ohmmeter and it is plugged in jfp2

Either the speaker is faulty or the PC is not even starting to POST even though the fans are working.
What lights are on if any - keyboard, PC case, motherboard etc?
