@orchid28 that is because your TV does not pass its own POST (Power On Self Test). It appears that one of your boards is not providing the feedback needed. Vizio is a bit of a different brand and uses a hodgepodge of parts. You will have to remove the back cover from your TV and check the boards for obvious damage. Make sure that all the ribbon cables are properly attached since Vizio has issues with bad connectors. Your issue is most likely power board-related and you would have to measure the connection t the main board to ensure it provides proper voltages.
