My T70 just needs a good going over

My T70 still works well but the lenses seems to fit a bit loosely, and I think it needs to be cleaned and adjusted

Mirror will not return after cleaning the camera which I believe is preventing the lens from fitting. The vertical bar (bottom right of the lens aperture should be right of center but is far right.
