Horizontal lines on display
Can this (horizontal lines between 10-20 and image double on 2inch horizontal strip) be fixed or have to replace the display (which i think will cost half to TV's price)

Shaik Ismail that looks like a failed source driver on the LCD driver board which is part of the panel. You can always check to make sure all wires are properly seated etc., check the boards for obviously damaged components but ultimately this doe s’t look like a DIY repair. this would most likely need a new panel.
