No Bootable Device :(
Because of my mistake
I I deleted Partition Recovery using “ MiniTool Partition Wizard “
The device was still working
But when rebooting, a blue square appears in the center
No Bootable Device.Hit any key

You will have to manually perform a recovery. This website details what you have to do.
You will have to create a bootable Windows USB drive. You can find how to do that here.
