See if you can dial "611" on your phone with your deactivated SIM card in the phone.
You may be able to dial customer service directly and have it re-instated.
However, without knowing the service you want restored, we cannot help until you tell us which one.

you need to contact your service provider but if its been more than a year inactive then your number will be gone
