Sure you can. You can find the replacement parts here and some video repair guides here.

Replace a screen compatible with iPad 5 A1822 A1823 and iPad Air (1st Gen) A1474 and A1475. Includes all of the small parts preinstalled in the assembly. Part #821-4894-A.图片

There pretty similar. The main difference is that there are more antennas around the perimeter so you have to be careful when you separate the digitizer from the housing. You ay want to check the iPad 4 LTE guide for reference.
