Everything else works okay electrical. But the film will not roll to record. I have tried taking the battery out for 2 minutes shoving it back in. Hitting the reset button nothing helps. Smacking it a few times does not help. some say there is a black roller in there. There is not on this model to fiddle with. Got any solvent ideas?

then there is a little bit more of a technical error resolution on camerahacker.com and here are the images that you need to check out on your cam and see if it looks like something that might be wrong with your cam. Hope this will help you out.
Here is the good news. I just found the SERVICE MANUAL for your camera and have it for you to share on my file server. You will have to download all 3 parts. This should help you fix your camera.

YOu do have access to the field manual, take it apart and check it out. It tells you what to look for as well as the witirng and traceson the board to make it easier to troubleshoot. I am certain you will get there :)
