Open task manager then click on more details scroll down till you find windows processes then find windows explorer right click on it and restart that should fix your problem.
Other and easy way
You can Also try CTRL + ESC (hold CTRL and touch ESC)
As prerequisites please run these :
Start - type in Search box - COMMAND find at top of list - RIGHT CLICK - RUN AS ADMIN
sfc /scannow
Then run checkdisk (chkdsk).
