Why browser is not working properly?
hello guys i purchased new laptop dell inspiron 7568 model. After browser open like chrome and by default page is google.com or its should be others or any kind of page in browser after few seconds its flicking from one side to another its problem run miliseconds and then stop after few seconds problem run again and again.And when problem run task bar of system make problem like browser mean problem run top to bottom of system.
if you understand tell me what can i do.

I am afraid I do not fully understand, however if you do not have any personal data on the device then you can reset it by holding shift and clicking restart. Then follow the prompts. If this does not resolve the issue then the problem is more than likely hardware related and should be exchanged. Dell also has good customer service so you could try contacting them as well.
