Bought this 2 days ago from third party. Will not charge says battery temperature too low and will not detect any Sim cards. (Tried 3 different carriers) Everything else on phone works perfectly! Been using it on wifi non-stop with no issues at all.
Repair shop that sold me external charger and battery says it's got water damage.... is this possible and can I fix it?
Been lost since I lost my old s4 REALLY REALLY REALLY want to fix this one help please!

sam mccoy, sure it could be water damage. Since you are not sure, I'd suggest that you follow this guide. remove the logic board and clean every part with 90%+ isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush. Use this guide to see how to properly clean the parts. It was written for an iPhone but all the information is valid for your phone as well. While you clean, pay good attention to see if there are any broken, burned or missing components. Once it is cleaned and everything is checked, follow the answers from here.
