Keurig 漏水或漏咖啡
机器顶部或底部有液体渗漏。
Keurig 底部漏水
如果 K-cup 支架开裂，可能会导致水从中漏出。这种情况下需要更换支架。你可以点击此处获取零件。
Keurig 顶部漏水
如果 K-cup 支架未损坏，可能是软管堵塞。你需要拆开 Keurig 的顶部进行检查。如果确实堵塞，需要按照必要的步骤进行疏通。
无法出水或出咖啡
水无法流经 K-cup 并从底部排出。
水溢出，没有流经机器并流出咖啡

水无法进入 K-cup

I wrote 2 weeks ago and have not heard, My Keurig is punching too big hole in the top of the K-cup
I need help. I am having to strain my coffee.

I returned my first machine because it wasn’t working. Saw a review that mentioned that using filtered water from a Brita or Zero Water causes problems with the brewing process. The machine requires some minerals in the water to work properly. This has proven to be true for me. My second machine works fine as long as I use tap water. Accidentally used filtered water and got half a lukewarm cup again. Used tap water worked like a charm. Keurig should put this in their instructions otherwise how would you know.

Wow - That was exactly my issue as well. Was using demineralized water and was ready to throw the thing out. Used normal water and it runs perfectly.
When I read your comment I thought “there’s no way that could be it!”
