Hello David F im my opinion it could the the drivers of the wifi are corrupted this is not a 100% sure that could be the problem but since you say that is a all in one Desktop I really dont trust AIO PC. You could download this free Legal program that will install 100% updated new drivers (driver park solution) https://drp.su/index.htm This could fix your problem with the wifi driver HOPE THIS SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM :D

Hello christina ryan This is not 100% but it will work Go to device manager from there go to you usb devices right click onit from there go to the tab drivers and click on roll back driver if that doesnt work disable all the usb port that have a warning icon and restart your computer then go back to device manager and enable them again to see if that solve the problem Hope this help :D

hello Dmitrii I have 2 solutions that might work 1 go to device manager go the wifi driver right click it open the properties go to the tab (Drivers) and click on roll back driver then restart your computer 2. download the free program DriverPark Solution this program will check your computer for any missing drivers or update your drivers it will download it and install any outdate driver you need Hope this solve your problem :D

Hello iannorton24 Try this take off your hard drive put it on another computer to see if you see any error of blue screen that way you will know your hard drive is fine and try to save your data you can also try to put a new hard drive or borrow from a friend put it on your laptop and see if the computer will boot if that did not work take off the battery wait 60 seconds then put it bafck in and see if you see any change Hope this solve your problem :D

Hello CARL C VANPELT I only got one solution for this connect the plug to another one at your home to see if the connector is getting power if that didnt work open your desktop and unplug everything wait 60 seconds and plug everything back on to see if your getting any power double check to see if there is no plug missing or damage if that doesnt work you can open your power supply and see if you can find any capacitators damage or other components (WARNING) do not open it if you are inexperience Hope this help solve your problem :D

Hello Patricia This are my opinions but maybe went you were out of town someone was using your laptop and maybe did something wrong solutions for this are many things the bluescreen is common but i cant help you alot with out knowing what code error is giving the bluescreen but what can you do is this take out the hard disk try it on a another computer and see if it does the same this is for you to be sure that the problem is the hard disk. The other solution is to get the (windows repair disc) and let the disc try to fix the problem this is not 100% sure it will work its a 67-70% to work . Hope this solve your problem :D

Hello Andrew M In my opinion from the inside of your laptop there must be a button that is stuck but you can also try this see if you can enter the bios by pressing F1 or F2 or Del from your laptop then press F10 to save and exit to see if it will boot normal again this is not 100% positive it will work you can always try HOPE THIS HELP :D

Hello moad if you are saying that the fan doesnt work well that means your Laptop is overheating that it why it doesnt turn on or dosent do anything i would go and buy a new fan or double check and see if that is the problem HOPE THIS HELP :D

Hello Fredaltmann There are 3 ways i know how to solve this. the first way go to the device manager and go to your usb driver and right click all the ones that have a warning simbol from there go to properties and enter in driver and click roll back driver and see if that solve the problem the simbol should be gone The second way is to go back to device manager go to your usb driver and right click it and disable it then restart your Computer and go back to device manager and enable it again the warning simbol should be gone . The third way this is not 100% positive it will workbut download this program driver park online this program will check your Computer for drivers update or install it will requierd in the near future.
