In my case, I had to use a #0 Phillips screwdriver and a 1.4mm flathead screwdriver. There were some screws that just wouldn't budge with the #0, so I used the flathead for those. My #1 Phillips didn't seem to work for anything that I tried it on.
I don't know what revision mine is, but I purchased my 64GB Steam Deck on July 2, 2023.
