The light blue rectangle is what we would call the charging ic. It is a variant of the earlier Tigris and later Yangtze chips that are commonly damaged by rogue chargers. The function of this chip is to create the main power rail from the battery or charger voltage, and control charging of the battery while on the charger. Due to the lack of public schematics for iPhone 13 series, we'd like to propose calling this chip "Genesee" following the river naming convention. The Genesee river is in Rochester, NY

The purple chip is a new generation of the usb port communication hub. In earlier models this is the famous tristar chip, later called hydra in the iPhone 8 and then Kraken in iPhone 11.
