Background and Identification
The ZMax Pro was released in July 2016 by Metro PCS as a budget phone with robust technical specifications. Its model name is Z981 and can be found under the back case of the phone.
The ZMax Pro (Z981) features a 6" Full High Definition (FHD) Touchscreen Display and runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. It has enough battery for 25 hours of call time, a 14-megapixel rear camera, and a 5-megapixel front camera. It runs on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 1.5GHz Octa Core 64-bit processor and has 32GB of internal storage (expandable to 128GB with a Micro SD card). The device also includes other features, such as a fingerprint sensor for privacy and a USB type-C charging port.
