Shark Matrix RV2310 Repair

The Shark Matrix (Model number: RV2310) is a robot vacuum that was released in 2023. It has the ability to automatically empty debris into bagless dust bin and also contains one self-cleaning brushroll, one side brush, and LiDAR navigation. The vacuum comes included separately with its charging dock and side brush.

The vacuum can also pair with the user's SharkClean app, which allows the user to select a specific spot on their home map for the vacuum to clean. Additionally, the vacuum can also pair with the user's Alexa or Google Assistant home devices for increased convenience and accessibility.

The vacuum contains the "Matrix" branding on top of the LiDAR unit, as well as the Shark logo in white lettering below it. Above the LiDAR unit, there's a two-sided button that allows the user to power on the device or send it to its docking station. This model in particular is fully black, unlike similar shark models which have silver/chrome accents on the top and LiDAR navigation unit. The device's model number can be found on the black tag located on the underside of the device in front of the main brush. The top of this tag will read "Shark Robotic Vacuum" and the model number will be in gray lettering below it.
