Can you power down this HP P21 thru keyboard, mouse or touchscreen? When powering down using menu options, there should be selections to shut down, sleep, reset, log off, etc. You can try shut down first, wait for complete shut down, then startup. After starting up, check if airplane mode remains on. If on, can you turn it off. Airplane mode disables wifi and Bluetooth, allowing lan cable network connections. If you have a network cable port, you can connect to a local area network and go online to hp support for help. If you choose to reset, select RESET from the menu and proceed; this should power down and restart automatically. After restarting, check if airplane mode remains on.
