PS3 won't turn on
Ps3 when I go to turn power on it turns green then beeps a couple times then turns off .???

Hi!
Usually caused by the CPU/GPU that is done for.
You could either try a reflow first, this could help you but is most of the time a temporary fix. You can find the guide here: 修复死亡黄灯 (This is for the PS3 Phat, but just to give you an idea).
Reballing is the fix you want, but this is really difficult. You also need a lot of experience and the right tools to get it done.
Replacing the motherboard is the most easy fix, but also the most expensive one.
