When I’m playing games my DS will turn of randomly, what can I do to fix this problem?

Hi!
First of all, I would try a new battery and see if that will fix the issue.

If it’s still failing after replacing this, I recommend to replace the power board.
Guide: Nintendo DSi XL 电源板更换
Hopefully the new battery will fix it!
