Back passenger Door won't unlock
2014 f-150 XLT The back passenger door will not unlock. Even grabing the locking "pin" and pulling up with pliers it is really hard.
It will lock with the door lock button after being unlocked.

@kristoferwolff as per the FSM If a A single/more than one door lock is inoperative then the possible reason for that could be the
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- Door lock actuators
- BCM
To narrow it down, download the FSM from this page 2009-2014 Ford F-150 under the Documents header. Page 2104 and more, will tell you how to check this all out. My money is on a bad actuator :-) Of course you use that same manual to work on that. It is searchable.

@kristoferwolff I assume you are having power door locks. This could be an actuator issue. Does it lock with the "remote"? Do all the other doors work and just the rear passenger door does not unlock? The actuator is part of the rear door latch which could be the reason why it is hard pull the "locking pin"
