My screen is unresponsive

Those FPC connectors like the one for your display can sometimes be tricky to get plugged in correctly. Unplug it again and check it carefully with a magnifying glass and a bright light, looking for bent or broken pins. Be sure to check the connector on the flex cable too. Bent pins can sometimes be straightened with fine tip tweezers. Assuming everything looks good, clean both sides with 90% or higher concentration isopropyl alcohol, give it a minute to dry then reconnect and retest. When plugging in the cable, position it with one hand while using a finger to lightly press down, moving the cable till you feel it fit into the connector. At that point press in the middle of the connector, not the ends, until you feel it click into place.

Give that a try and let us know what you find; that's the most likely issue but of course not the only possibility. it could be the screen got damaged during the process of removal, or maybe the flex cable got torn or broken. We used to have to worry about disconnecting the battery before doing anything with the screen connector, but the OLED screens aren't as sensitive to damage should you neglect that step, but it's still the right way to do it.
