How to replace the thermopads?

According to the maintenance and service guide, taken from this support webpage for the model series, thermal paste is used and not thermal pads.

Go to p.50 in the manual to view the procedure for how to remove the Heat sink for CPU and graphics and also where to apply the thermal paste.

Thermal paste is also used on the Heat sink for hybrid graphics memory and the memory on the board - see p.49.

Also check that the fan is clean and dust free as well
