Operates automatically; out of control.
My Kobo Clara just operates itself automatically. It is out of control. It sometimes zoom in or out, choose its own book, or keep going back and forward. what I shall do to repair it in such situation?

@maceylee33728 that is what is called "Ghost Touch" and is caused by a digitizer error. It looks like your digitizer is adhered to the LCD. In that case you would need to replace the complete display assembly. I have not come across any guides for this reader. You would need to take a look at all the Kobo devices and see if one of those at least comes close to yours. Maybe even look at something like this video
Looks like replacement screen are available at some online stores like this one (Example only and not an endorsement of the seller)
While you work on your ereader, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. i have found the solution for this problem (ghost touch) for my kobo clara 2E.
1. factory reset
2. clean your screen using slow tap water then wipe with dry cloth
3. disable sleep for screen
4. power on your kobo and just let your kobo battery drain. then charge using the provided cable
mine solved after 2 cycles of step #4.
