Rethermal Pasting and padding

Hello,

Is it possible to rethermal pad and paste this graphics card? my temps for the gpu are around 66 degrees Celcius under load however the Hotspot temps are around the 110 degrees Celcius mark. This card is not very old but i had taken it apart to replace the fan due to faulty bearing so dont believe i can send it in under warranty or anything like that. I am quite knowlegable when it comes to computer services and all that but im not really sure how to go about doing this. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated as i cannot afford to go buy a new card in this current market and cannot find another 4080.
