Transfer of parts from icloud locked watch
What are the possible parts that i can transfer from an Icloud locked iwatch ( using it as a donor watch).

screen, battery .. pretty much anything but the logic board. Maybe also simpler components on the board.

To add to Xavier answer,
The series and size and if cellular, the watches will need to match up. You will loose NFC if you swap over the display assembly.
There is very little you can transfer, and most want to reuse the most expensive element the SIP module which is locked.
