Hisense tv suddenly no picture

Hello, i have a Hisense 65R63G Roku tv. Suddenly the screen went blank, not showing any picture anymore. Sounds and backlight are still functional. So far i have:

Rebooted the tv
Unplugged all devices from it
Unplugged the tv, waited 1 minute, 10 minutes, 30 minutes
Reset via remote (5x home, 1x up, 2x rewind, 2x FF
Hit the reset button on the tv multiple times

All have been to no avail. I took the back panel off, and I don't see anything wrong or damaged. Checked all the connectors. With the tv on, i can not see a faint picture anywhere while shining at it with a flashlight. I disconnected the t-con panel from the main board, and plugged it in, getting the same result. Tv powers on, backlight is on, sound works, but no picture.

Am i right to conclude that the t-con panel is faulty?
