Unfortunately I can' find any suppliers for the shields in the laptop.
I tried searching online using the part numbers for the shields as shown on p.65 of the Microsoft Surface Laptop 7th Edition English Service Guide with no results. You may have better luck.

The official procedure is to wreck the shields upon removal, so it's kinda surprising that the shields aren't obtainable.
