Bought a fan replacement kit for my launch Switch (thing's been sputtering for a while now). I'm just wondering: what's the adhesive remover in the kit for? It's not mentioned anywhere in the repair guide. Want to make sure I'm not missing some obvious reason why it's in there.

Hi Jessica!
I repaired many of those, and you don't need the adhesive remover for the fan.. You do need it, if you are going to replace the Switch it's battery. Not sure why it's in the kit.
