Why is my fan struggling to turn on?
this is a samurai turbo silence compact 2 in 1, it used to work properly but after I got back from a trip it takes a while to start moving, it takes even longer if I start with it's lowest velocity. I start with 3 so it starts faster and then I move it to 1.
I think it might be the engine but I couldn't find a guide here on how to fix it, any idea?

Disconnect the power to the fan and then check if the fan blades spin freely when moved by hand.
This is just to prove whether the problem may be mechanical or electrical.
If it spins freely by hand then most likely it is an electrical problem, but first things first.

@jayeff I think the problem is between mechanical or electrical, they still move nicely
