I am not able to turn my laptop on like when i shut down this laptop then when i try to turn it on like when i press power on button it doesnt start but when i charge it (even though it has full charging) for 30-40 mins then it turns on and then i use it for next 10-12 hours again shut down for 6-7 hours then it again dont start next time i try to start it what should i do ?

@shreyashkande this all sounds like a bad battery. You did not tell us if this happens when you are using the AC adapter as well. There is also a chance that it does that because of a thermal shut down. It may get to hot. That would be the first step I'd check if it happens on AC power as well.
Use the Hardware Maintenance Manual to change the battery, clean the air inlets, the fan and consider replacing the thermal paste as well.
The only other thing I would do is to run the Windows Event viewer and see if it shows any other reason why it may shutdown.
