I’ll just replace the power supply
Probably your best bet. You can always remove the power supply from the system and plug it in on it's own and see if the fan within it still spins up.

When was it last working?
Is it completely dead?
Do any lights or fans come on?

3 months ago and it’s dead no lights nothing.
