@gigij if it happens when you play back your video other then on your camera,that means that your camera has a bad image sensor (CCD imager). Use this guide Sony CCD-TR81 Lens Assembly Replacement to get to it and use this document Sony Ccd Tr81 for further troubleshooting.
If the video looks normal when you don't play it back it could be your video out circuit (unlikely)
