As said above, the disc drive works but cannot read PS4 games, the games tested were Gran Turismo Sport, PlayStation VR Worlds and DriveClub VR. I don't have any Blue Rays to test but I assume they don't work either. I've already teared it down and "cleaned" it to the best of my abilities. What part needs to be I replaced?

@unknownpla that is usually caused by a dirty or failed laser. Clean the laser lens with a microfiber cloth (sometimes a bit of 96% or higher isopropyl alcohol can be used with that). If that does not work replace either the lens assembly or the complete drive.

Sorry, I'm not particularly technical is the lens assembly the actual laser or is it the deck?
If you replace the whole drive make sure you get the same number drive as the one your taking out or it won’t work. There’s a circuit board attached to the top of the drive which you need to transfer to the new drive.
@unknownpla it's the laser. Check something like this video. The 2 min mark shows you the laser assembly.
@strongbow isn't the PS4 Pro the one that does not have the daughterboard?
Yes the PS4 Pro doesn't have a disc daughterboard.
