My tv doesn’t even do this when I first turn it on but soon it gradually starts to glitch out horizontally. If I leave it on long enough it stops and then just comes back. It just started doing this and I haven’t touched or moved it at all. Unplugging it gives me 20-30 minutes without the flashing. I forgot my pin so I can’t factory reset it.

darken this looks like a failure with the LCD driver board (in particular with the Gate Drivers). Those boards are not replaceable and are considered to be part of the panel. There is a slight chance that this could be related to the mainboard (GPU failure). I would try and get an inexpensive (maybe used) main board and see if that will help.
