stopped working everything inside is warm
My hot point fridge freezer has stopped working everything inside is warm I took the bulbs out as they were so hot and thought they may be not going off heating all the fridge but it’s still not working. The freezer is fine though can you help

I can’t see the model on there it’s a black double magnetic door it’s gone off completely in the fridge but the freezer is working what could it be

Pull out the crisper drawer to see the product information label on the back wall inside the refrigerator.
The model number should be shown on it
