How to check power suply of a 30" monitor

Have a 30” that suddenly stopped working; is there a way to check if it is the monitor itself of the powerblock? I have no spare 30” or power suply to cross check.
Do have a multimeter.

@judith75 here is the pinout for the connector from the power supply

Pins 1,2,3,4,5

|+24.5VDC|-24.5VDC|SENSE|-24.5VDC|+24.5VDC|

|+24.5VDC|-24.5VDC|SENSE|-24.5VDC|+24.5VDC|

Pins 6,7,8,9,10

and a whole lot of information about this on here. If your power supply is okay you will have to open the display and check for secure connections at TMDS, Panel Power, J703, J701, J702, J12, CN1, CN2, CN3, CN4 and CN5.

Plug the display into a known-good computer, then boot the computer.

Verify +24-28V at input of J702. If not, replace ADC cable.

Verify +24-28V at pin 10 of J701. If not, replace the main board.

Verify +5V at pin 11 of J703. If not, replace the main board.

Verify +18V at pin 6 of J703. If not, replace the main board.check

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately i don't have the time to take it all apart to check it from the inside. I hoped there was a 'trick' to measure the power supply without taking it apart ;-)

完成的

@judith75 you can just measure on the pins. See first part of the answer.

When I use the multimeter on the pins (the ones inside the connector, right? on the PSU?) I don't get any reading. I must be doing something wrong because the PSU is powering the monitor SOMEWHAT when it is plugged in (it lights up), so some numbers should come up...I'm a total beginner with the multimeter.
