What do I do with Error code: 0xc000000f
My laptop will not boot up. Screen says I need “recovery tools" Help please.

You can try to check your RAM, most HP Elitebook have this Funktion, when you boot your Laptop you will have the Choice to prove your RAM. If defect you will have to replace it.
