Hi just wondering if anyone can help me my ps4 controller O button not working yesterday i noticed when i pressed the O button nothing happens and after pressing the button 5 or 6 times it worked but now nothing everything else on the controller work's except the O button
Can anyone help me please

Hi Jamie!
I advise to open up the controller and clean it. Do not forget to clean the ribbon circuit board. And make sure it’s all seated as it should and connected.
If that won’t work, replace the ribbon circuit board, this should fix it.
If you order one, make sure it’s identical to the one which came out, there are a lot of models available and they are different!

Thank you for your reply i have opened it and cleaned it no i will order a new ribbon for it and thank you or reminding me to check and make sure i order an identical one i would of just ordered the first one i see thank you
