I have Hisense LED 32 inch N2173

My led started up with sound volume at 20 what is that issue?? i have factory restored but still issues remains same. pl guide.

Hi,

Can you adjust the volume up and down OK?

What is the volume range of the TV?

Most TVs start up with the volume set to the same level as what it was when it was last turned off?

Please explain more fully what the problem is?
